My house is old, built 46 years ago, but I'm very attached to it.
I was searching online for information about the septic tank cover and came across Kanto Homes. I called them right away, and they came to take a look (Mr. Kurosawa and a craftsman). They said, "It's okay, we can do the work," which was a huge relief.
I hadn't considered the option of digging up the entire septic tank.
They explained, "We can cut out the frame, fit a new frame and cover, and then finish the area with concrete." Afterwards, they inspected various other damaged areas around the house.
I mentioned that I would feel more at ease if they could also repair the corners of the main roof that were about to fall off and the rain guard boards. I was also considering having the siding repainted, as it hadn't been done in over 20 years.
They kindly guided me through the application process, suggesting that I might still be eligible for the city subsidy. Despite their busy schedule, they always provided excellent service when I called, and I decided to ask them to do the exterior painting, roof tile plastering, and other work. This summer saw unusual weather, with prolonged rain throughout September, but from October 8th (scaffolding erection) to October 23rd (scaffolding dismantling), the weather was favorable. I was impressed by the meticulous work of the craftsmen, who worked diligently from early morning until late evening.
On October 10th, the Blue Impulse's formation of six planes flew overhead as part of the Konosu Fireworks Festival's attractions—a truly spectacular sight. Watching the craftsmen from the rooftop was a wonderful few minutes, making it a memorable day of painting.
And the septic tank, which I had been concerned about, was also beautifully finished on October 31st, a day reminiscent of summer, thanks to the careful work done from early morning until evening. I'm so glad.
Throughout October 2026, Mr. Kurosawa and a female office worker visited and took photos (before and after photos and estimate).
Thank you so much to all the craftsmen who made my 46-year-old house look brand new.
I express my sincere gratitude.

I had been concerned about the dirt on my exterior walls and the deterioration of the caulking for some time, so I consulted Kanto Homes.

They came to my house the same day I contacted them and inspected it very kindly and thoroughly.

Mr. Kurosawa's explanations were very easy to understand, and he accurately answered all my questions and concerns.

This was my first time having my exterior walls painted, and I was anxious about which company to choose, but after seeing Mr. Kurosawa's courteous service, I decided on Kanto Homes without hesitation.

The craftsmen who did the work were also very good, and I'm really glad I chose Kanto Homes.

"Fair Estimates and Prompt Service"

I requested floor repairs for my nearly 50-year-old family home.

During the initial inspection, they gave clear answers like, "This is fine. This needs fixing."

The estimate they provided was very reasonable, and I immediately decided to hire them.

On the day of the work, they performed the job very carefully and thoroughly, and the floors in the requested areas are now beautifully restored.

More than just the improved appearance, they answered all my concerns, giving me peace of mind.

I'm truly glad to have found a company I can consult with about future worries.

(Requested Services) I requested roof and exterior wall painting, and gutter replacement. For the painting, they meticulously removed moss and dirt with a high-pressure washer, then applied multiple coats of paint to ensure an even, glossy finish. The gutters were installed in a color that blended seamlessly with the original ones, and they also ensured good water drainage.

(Satisfaction) As you can see in the pictures, the finish is like new, and I am extremely satisfied.

The representative and the craftsmen were very courteous, and I felt confident entrusting the work to them.

(City Renovation Subsidy) They provided a clear explanation of the subsidy and offered excellent support with the paperwork, allowing the application and payment process to proceed smoothly.

(Future) They are a very trustworthy company, and I will likely use their services again for other projects.

I was concerned about the discoloration of my flooring, so I contacted Kanto Homes, a company I'd used before.

Mr. Kurosawa happened to answer the phone, and even though his schedule must have been tight,
he made time to come right away.

The next day, he brought a craftsman, and the flooring replacement was completed.

He's incredibly quick and efficient.

Not only that, but he's also kind, thorough, and goes the extra mile as if it's the most natural thing in the world.

"What? You're doing all this for me?!"

I was truly impressed.

I've lived for over 60 years (laughs), but I've never met anyone so thoughtful.

The faucet in the bathroom sink is now securely fixed, laundry is much smoother, and the doors open and close incredibly quietly—all my stress has been instantly relieved.

The flooring looks fantastic, and the craftsman's skills are undeniable.

The craftsman was also very friendly and cheerful, and he shared some helpful tips about home maintenance that will be useful in my future life.

Mr. Kurosawa's personality must have been conveyed to the craftsmen as well! Bravo! There are several unforgettable episodes from the previous construction project.

These are stories that only Mr. Kurosawa, who is warm, kind, and gentle, could tell.

I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart.

Among the many contractors, I think Kanto Homes is the best✨.

I would recommend them to everyone.

Since our house is old, I expect various problems will arise in the future, but I intend to have Mr. Kurosawa take a look at it whenever I have a problem.

I'm not confident I'm a good customer (lol).

I'll try not to say too much and cause trouble (lol).

I'll be in touch again if anything comes up.

He's the kind of person who makes you feel that way.

Mr. Kurosawa is always busy and on the go, and
the craftsmen also worked incredibly hard this time, even though they were working in a small, hot place like the dressing room.

Please take care of yourselves, everyone.

We requested various services, including roof replacement, exterior wall repair, front door replacement, conversion of a Japanese-style room to a Western-style room, double-glazed windows, balcony roofing, and floor replacement.

When we first called, they came right away, listened to our concerns, and offered suggestions, which was very reassuring. Mr. Kurosawa was very easy to talk to and very considerate, which we appreciated.

The estimate was very detailed and easy for us to understand. The cost was also very reasonable.

Even when we had to request changes or additional work midway through, such as repairing the second-floor floor, they accommodated us without any fuss. Thank you very much.

This summer, with the double-glazed windows and roof replacement, it's been very comfortable.

The air conditioning works well, and even during typhoons, we didn't notice any problems after the wind or rain. We're really glad we requested the work. Our son is also very happy.

All the craftsmen were pleasant and did a thorough job. Thank you very much. It looks like the heat will continue for a while, so please take care of yourselves.
